NO, the enemy cannot predict the future. But what about Nostradamus? He was probably hearing and repeating what he heard from the enemy and he was not 100% correct, which the Bible is. What might have happened is the enemy knew where he wanted to push the human race and told these things to Nostradamus. He also knew what had been foretold by Nostradamus and made things happen so that the sayings would come true or true enough to deceive many. Again, the enemy is not perfect in his predictions of the future. God is perfect in all of the prophecies in the Bible. All of the information in the Bible is perfect for that matter. The enemy is a student of the past who is very intelligent, knows all of the Bible, and can quote it better than any human who ever lived. What he does with this knowledge is give people information that is almost perfect, but not quite. If the information the enemy gives is perfect then it is only to gain the confidence of the person who is listening, then they will crush the person who trusted in them.
What the enemy likes to do is tell of something that is happening far away to seem like it was predicted before it happened. When in fact it had already happened, possibly only seconds before. This was effective in the ancient world where information traveled slow. The other trick is to say something is going to happen like, “So and so will be ringing your door bell around six tonight.” Actually the person So and so is planning to visit you at six tonight. The enemy knows this and is making it seem like they are looking into the future. They predict something that is in the preperation stages and vaguely enough to seem like they were precise when something happens.
The enemy are all created beings. As created beings, they cannot know the future. How can they? They are all part of this time line so they have to live this timeline just like we do. One day at a time. God is outside, as well as inside, this timeline and is in the future just as He is here in this time. When God says, “I am,” He literaly IS. There is no time (or place) when He is not.
